Food is always excellent & the service is always impeccable. Jessica was very attentive & a joy to have as our server. We went for Mother's Day so we were seated on time for our reservation. Jessica kept us on her radar despite it being quite busy, of course. The ribs are always amazing but the BBQ pork chop is insanely now my favorite. I had also tried a few bites of the brisket which was very tender, full of flavor & NOT dry. Everything was delicious. Jessica showed me a trick to the pork chop for leftovers to make sure I got all that I ordered. Was not disappointed. Never am. Carson's Ribs on Harlem Avenue was our family's staple for ALL special occasions, growing up. We were heart broken when that location closed and although nothing replaces the memories we had going there, as Mom & Dad were big fans, Deerfield is always on their A-game. The Milwaukee location is just as awesome. It's nice to see consistent care and attention towards your customers as well as the quality & integrity of their food. And a drive through for the rib tips so you can eat them messily in the privacy of your car....I mean home.

Their food is still on point. The ribs, chicken, corn bread, cole slaw, French onion soup, and potatoes were to die for. The only thing I didn't care for was the filet mignon. It was salty for my taste. I'm so excited they're close to home.

I held a corporate happy hour at Carson’s and it was fantastic! Chris made the booking process seamless and set my group up with the right space and food options. Upon arrival to the site, the space was perfect in terms of size and ambiance! However, the part that made it so great was the amazing Carson’s staff. Specifically, David the bartender and all of the servers were so attentive to my group’s needs whether it be food, drink, seating etc. They made our event special and a huge hit. They helped us work out a way to hit our event minimum that would work best for all of us. Would definitely recommend Carson’s if you need an event/happy hour space in Deerfield. Oh and you gotta get the Mediterranean chicken wings!!!!

Every time I'm at Carson's, I'm torn on what to order because everything on their menu is outstanding. The ribs have a bite and chew to them, which is exactly what makes them perfect. It's not your typical fall-off-the-bone ribs. I highly recommend embracing the carnivore in you and ordering a full slab. At Carson's, you don't have to wait for the weekend to indulge in prime rib. It's on the menu everyday. Even though this is a place for steaks and ribs, the charcoal grilled Greek chicken will keep you coming back for more. Do yourself a favor and order their Tuscan loaf and cornbread. I could go on and on. There's also a drive thru window for carry out orders and plenty of parking for dine in. Both the food and service at Carson's are consistently flawless. You can tell from their management that they take pride in what they do and in providing a positive experience to customers.

Perfection. Superb ribs, pork chop, double stuffed potato, creamy spinach, coleslaw, and a generous pour of Macallan 12 year old. We sat at the bar and received wonderful service. Unhurried dining in a friendly atmosphere. I don’t know why I had been going downtown for years when it is clear the family “recipe” is in great shape in the suburbs. High marks for everything!!

Amazing food, amazing portions, amazing service. I’m not a huge fan of beef but their prime rib was so good I’d go back for it again. Their bread was amazing as well.

Sat at the bar to have a lovely early dinner with ribs, caesar salad, au gratin potatoes. Brought me back four decades in memories to Carson's location in Skokie from back in the day; a throwback that is contemporary-feeling and welcoming. Ribs were delicious, no idea why they would ever need extra sauce from those great 70s sauce pots, but fine that it's an option. Bar staff was great, conversational while not in our face. Only comment is cocktails are a little pricey; an 18 martini in Deerfield with Absolut seems steep, I think the 16 one with Skyy also felt off. Happy to see the restaurant full even before 6 PM; everyone seemed happy and we weren't the youngest!

Definitely worth it. The atmosphere is calm dark and quiet. Great waitstaff. Food took a bit longer than I would like but worth the wait. I had the brisket sandwich, came with great Cole slaw, and potatoes au gratin. They tack on an 18% tip. I understand why. I worked in the area and people around there do not tip well. Even though they drive luxury cars.
